I studied Business Administration at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and completed my studies with a two-year stay abroad in the USA, where I earned my MBA. In 1994, I completed my training as an NLP trainer at the University of NLP in Santa Cruz, California, under the guidance of Robert Dilts, Todd Epstein, and Judy DeLozier, the developer of NLP.
In 1995, I founded the Institute for Neuro-Linguistic Learning in Bonn, where I have since been supporting children and adolescents with learning and performance difficulties. In addition to therapy, I also offer parent coaching and seminars focused on promoting the learning process and strengthening communication skills.
I have conducted seminars with the Henkel Academy. Additionally, in collaboration with IFD Bonn, I have offered the "Fit im Job" course for career starters and provided job coaching for people with learning disabilities and learning difficulties.
Additionally, I have completed training in hypnotherapy, educational kinesiology, behavioral therapy, and depth psychology-based psychotherapy for children and adolescents. I am a certified NLP Master Trainer of the DVNLP (formerly GANLP e.V.) and obtained the title of NLP Therapist DG-NLPt in 2004, followed by the European Certificate of Psychotherapy in 2005.
As the developer of the NLP-KIDS Practitioner program, I created a specialized NLP Practitioner training for professionals working with children and adolescents. Furthermore, I conduct seminars in collaboration with the Rheinische Akademie in Bonn and the German Academy for Developmental Rehabilitation in Munich. My work also extends internationally, having conducted seminars in the USA and Japan.

My Mission
My mission is not only to help children and adolescents overcome their academic challenges but, more importantly, to equip them with the skills to learn independently. I see my role as a facilitator who provides them with the tools and confidence to develop their strengths and compensate for their weaknesses. Through individualized learning therapy, I foster self-awareness, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learning. With targeted support, I aim to help them discover their own learning path and look to the future with newfound confidence and a sense of achievement.
